Our client has created a one-stop shop product for the recruitment industry. It hosts a CRM, ATS, LinkedIn integration, and integrated communications suite and is also fully integrated with Salesforce.

This product alleviates so many problems for recruitment consultants that it's a no-brainer to invest in.

And given that there are more than 27,000 recruitment businesses in the UK alone it's a huge market to target.

The business is built on the pillars of trust and collaboration so joining this business being an honest, ethical, and a team player is critical


The Requirements - Sales Development Representative

  • 618 months of SaaS sales or recruitment experience (must)
  • Degree educated is preferred but not essential
  • Positive cando attitude
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Financial drive
  • Right to work in the UK

The Role - Sales Development Representative

  • As a Sales Development Representative, you will be on the frontline of bringing business into the company.
  • You will listen to and understand your prospects pain points to assess if the product is right for their company and consultant accordingly
This role is live and interviewing. The interview process consists of a 1st stage phone call with a member of the team at RULE. Should you be successful on that call we will then put you forward to the client. From there the interview process is two stages.
