The Role
Due to their continued growth our client is looking for a Sales and Accounts Advisor to join their team.

You will be responsible for supporting existing customer with policy changes, selling personal and commercial insurance products and making sure that you uphold their exceptional customer service standard.


Responsibilities:


  • Ensuring that you deliver for customers in a timely manner so that they have the cover that they need when they need it.
  • Identifying and promoting their range of Investment, Pension and Health & Safety Products with existing and new customers.
  • Getting involved in team initiatives so that they remain a great place to work.
  • Attending events to meet customers, and to promote services to potential new leads.
  • Managing their internal accounting system by:
  • Conducting daily banking (reconciling BACS payments) and banking cheques.
  • Checking aged debt and contacting customers to remind for payment.
  • Ensuring that all requests for activity for an account are dealt with.
  • Issue refunds to their customers in a timely manner.

Skills and Requirements:


  • UK Driving License and access to own vehicle is essential.
  • Experience of working in banking is desirable.
  • Previous experience of working with MS Office products is essential.
  • Good organisational skills and the ability to manage a busy workload and prioritise tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Strong IT literacy, proficient using MS Office Applications.
