Description
Our client, a growing travel-tech startup is seeking Trip Planner to join their team.

This company creates a range of group travel brands including wellness, sport and food and drink and this particular role is planning trips focussed on food and wine.

You will be responsible for creating all components of the trip from sourcing and contracting suppliers to being the first point of contact for any issues or incidents


Trip Planner responsibilities:


  • Creating trips around the lifestyle themes of food, wine and spirits
  • Prepare detailed trip budgets
  • Coordinate all aspects of trip including accommodation, transfers, meals and activities
  • Review all pre and post trip feedback
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate information on all confirmed services across databases
  • Review supplier rates and research suitable travel products

Trip planner requirements:


  • 2+ years of experience in a similar trip planning role
  • Experience managing trips on the ground as a guide/tour leader/trip leader
  • Impeccable attention to detail
  • Preferably strong travel experience or guide/tour leader experience
  • Self motivated and organised
