MICE - Meetings and Events

Venue Find Specialist:

Currently seeking an experienced Venue Finder to work from home with occasional visits to their London office, sourcing and finding locations and venues for meetings events and conferences within the business travel corporate travel market for a leading business travel company.

Paying up to £30K.

Venue Find Specialist, Responsibilities:

Sourcing new and existing venues for clients taking on the role of trusted advisor
Provide the highest level of personal venue finding service to key clients
Ensure maximum revenue generation in all areas whilst always ensuring significant return on investment to the client.
Undertake face2 face meetings with clients as and when required
Negotiate rates, terms and conditions with the venue on the clients behalf

Venue Find Specialist, Skills Required:

Previous experience in a venue sourcing position or from a meetings and events or MICE background having dealt with venue finding previously
Accomplished and confident negotiator
Excellent communication skills, dealing with both clients and suppliers
Organised and an excellent problem solver.
