    Receptionist / Visitor Experience Co-Ordinator

    Main Duties & Responsibilities:

    Greet external visitors with a helpful and positive attitude

    · Answer and respond to incoming phone calls and emails promptly & distribute correspondence when required.

    · Communicate with external visitors and contractors ahead of time, providing arrival information as necessary.

    · Help to maintain workplace security by issuing, checking, and collecting badges as necessary and maintaining visitor logs

    · Book and prepare meeting rooms, gathering documents and attending to logistics

    · Update employees with company notices, news and events through the use of digital and paper noticeboards and quarterly newsletter.

    · Format information for internal and external communications; emails, presentations and reports.

    · Plan and co-ordinate company events such as Christmas parties and CSR activities.

    · Make travel and accommodate arrangements

    · Manage executives' calendars and set up meetings

    · Managing information flow in a timely and accurate manner

    · Other additional and/or alternative duties as assigned from time to time, including supporting other departments and Executives as required.

    · Adhere to health and safety responsibilities at all times.

    · Comply with policies and procedures.
