Are you an experienced facilities manager who has worked in professional services? Bell Cornwall Recruitment are assisting our facilities management clients with recruiting for a Senior Facilities Manager.
The Role:
- Monitoring of hard of soft services delivered on site
- Attending regular contract meetings which include formal assessments of performance
- Ensuring work orders are raised for all contracts
- Procurement and placement of goods
- To complete a full property inspection and report covering all FM areas
- Making sure that all Heath and Safety and also Environmental management systems are in place and maintained
- Ensuring any works carried out are undertaken with correct Health and Safety arrangements in place
- Must have at least 4 years experience in a facilities management role
- Experience managing a variety of sites
- Must have strong diary management skills
- Strong contract management skills
