Are you an experienced facilities manager who has worked in professional services? Bell Cornwall Recruitment are assisting our facilities management clients with recruiting for a Senior Facilities Manager.

They must be NEBOSH qualified or have a BIFM or IOSHmembership.

The Role:

Monitoring of hard of soft services delivered on site
Attending regular contract meetings which include formal assessments of performance
Ensuring work orders are raised for all contracts
Procurement and placement of goods
To complete a full property inspection and report covering all FM areas
Making sure that all Heath and Safety and also Environmental management systems are in place and maintained
Ensuring any works carried out are undertaken with correct Health and Safety arrangements in place
Must have at least 4 years experience in a facilities management role
Experience managing a variety of sites
Must have strong diary management skills
Strong contract management skills
