Senior Facilities Manager

£35,000 - £40,000

Are you an experienced facilities manager who has worked in professional services? Bell Cornwall Recruitment are assisting our facilities management clients with recruiting for a Senior Facilities Manager.

They must be NEBOSH qualified or have a BIFM or IOSHmembership.

The Role:

  • Monitoring of hard of soft services delivered on site
  • Attending regular contract meetings which include formal assessments of performance
  • Ensuring work orders are raised for all contracts
  • Procurement and placement of goods
  • To complete a full property inspection and report covering all FM areas
  • Making sure that all Heath and Safety and also Environmental management systems are in place and maintained
  • Ensuring any works carried out are undertaken with correct Health and Safety arrangements in place
  • Must have at least 4 years experience in a facilities management role
  • Experience managing a variety of sites
  • Must have strong diary management skills
  • Strong contract management skills
