£24.804 PA****Role Objectives
The primary role is to support the supply chain department for key administrative duties

**Job Overview

  • Support the Logistics team leader with the administration of deliveries out to customer and importing of goods from abroad
  • Receipting of boughtin bars
  • Weekly reporting for Bariatrix (France)
  • Chep Pallet transfers out for all deliveries and reconciliation for invoicing
  • Weekly material corrections, including the 'Bulk Raw Material'
  • Updating & reconciliation of 'Armstrongs' 3rd party location for stock and pallet movements in/out
  • Clear understanding of the financial costs of products and materials used within the company
  • Utilise the departmental Factory monitors to identify, check and record targeted areas of waste
  • Assist the Materials Manager with material variance investigations
  • Mass Balance reporting for packaging at production changeovers
  • Comply with Health and Safety regulations and company personal hygiene polices
  • Demonstrate a 'Can Do' attitude showing willing and flexibility towards the role
  • Provide excellent service and support to our internal and external customers
  • Flexibility in working hours to meet the needs of the department to cover monthly/yearly stock takes, holiday and sickness
  • Essential Experience required: - Production and consolidation of delivery paperwork
  • Supply Chain / Production experience
  • Understanding of bill of materials (gammes)
  • Ability to understand and interpret stock movements (reality vs computer)
  • Chep pallet recording
