    Locate a Locum has created an end:
    end workforce management software solution for the healthcare industry. We currently work with some of the biggest names in Pharmacy and Optometry including Boots and Specsavers.

    As we continue to expand our market presence, we're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our team.


    Job Requirements:


    At least 5 years experience of selling business or enterprise software and generating new businessAbility to act as a 'hunter' with proof of new business results delivered to dateExperience of complex selling, not just telesalesProven experience of effective qualification skillsAbility to prioritise potential customers within a large and complex marketA 'natural' in developing relationships and learning more through professional questioningAble to research, create and then effectively deliver a personalised value proposition to each prospectWillingness to prospect and Driven to over achieve targets and objectivesHighly computer literateExcellent presentation and communication skills, verbal and written.

    Ability to work as part of a team & individuallyAbility to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectivelyJob Duties:
    Identifying the highest priority target accounts in the new marketplaceIdentifying key decision makers via researching accounts and then generate interest using specific value messagingQualifying, pursuing and closing new business sales opportunities Developing and executing sales strategies in order to achieve sales targetsDemonstrating and clearly differentiating the product by focusing on our clear and compelling value propositionDriving new product sales and delivering against revenue targetsWorking with marketing team to further drive lead generation and awarenessWorking with technical and executive team members in complex sales scenariosDeveloping client proposals that effectively communicate our ROI Documenting plans, activities and opportunities accurately in the CRM system

    Desirable Experience:
    Experience of working within Healthcare.
