- Guiding multiple squads to plan work through facilitating focused and engaging scrum events at group level
- Be knowledgeable in Agile methodology and scrum so to educate others
- Coaching and upskilling scrum squads in becoming self-organised and cross-functionality collaboration, ensuring adherence to agile practices and continuous improvement.
- Understanding and coaching squads to be high performing. Focusing squads on outcomes delivered and value delivered to the organisation.
- Identifying and facilitating in the removal of impediments and risks that are slowing down squad acceleration, as well as coaching squad members on how to remove impediments, leveraging servant leadership to support their autonomy and accountability
- Establishing empirical product planning within a complex environment.
- Facilitating stakeholder collaboration wherever required.
- Championing Scrum adoption and implementation across Digital Customer Experience, predominately Customer & Marketing Analytics, Marketing Technology and Customer Data Groups
- Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and accountability within and across teams, promoting a customer-centric mindset and a focus on delivering business value.
