I am currently partnering exclusively with an organisation in the third sector, in their search for a HR Manager.

This is a true generalist role where you will deliver an efficient, effective and confidential HR service to the business.


Below is an overview of the key responsibilities:

  • Provide HR support to Managers on all areas of policy and process
  • Coaching Managers
  • Proactively partnering with Managers to understand their core business objectives and how you can support
  • Supporting with recruitment and selection
  • Line Managing a HR Administrator
  • Overseeing performance issues and absence management
  • Reviewing and updating HR policies
  • Supporting with external accreditations
  • Lead on well being and engagement initiatives
  • Support with internal communications
  • Liaising with the external HR Consultant in relation to employment law issues
  • An up to date understanding of current employment management practices and legislation
  • Project management skills & experience
  • Case management skills and experience
  • The ability to analyse data and prepare reports
  • Leadership, coaching, mediation, negotiating and influencing skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • An CIPD or equivalent qualification
