I am currently partnering exclusively with an organisation in the third sector, in their search for a HR Manager.

This is a true generalist role where you will deliver an efficient, effective and confidential HR service to the business.

Below is an overview of the key responsibilities:

Provide HR support to Managers on all areas of policy and process
Coaching Managers
Proactively partnering with Managers to understand their core business objectives and how you can support
Supporting with recruitment and selection
Line Managing a HR Administrator
Overseeing performance issues and absence management
Reviewing and updating HR policies
Supporting with external accreditations
Lead on well being and engagement initiatives
Support with internal communications
Liaising with the external HR Consultant in relation to employment law issues
An up to date understanding of current employment management practices and legislation
Project management skills & experience
Case management skills and experience
The ability to analyse data and prepare reports
Leadership, coaching, mediation, negotiating and influencing skills
Strong communication skills
Ability to work under pressure
An CIPD or equivalent qualification
