- Plant, water, fertilise, and prune trees, shrubs, and flowers to maintain healthy and vibrant landscapes.
- Install and maintain irrigation systems to ensure proper watering of plants and lawns.
- Clean and maintain outdoor furniture, fixtures, and structures to uphold safety and aesthetics.
- Remove litter, debris, and hazardous materials from outdoor areas to maintain cleanliness and safety.
- Conduct regular inspections of grounds to identify issues such as erosion, drainage problems, or equipment malfunctions, and take appropriate action to address them.
- Operate and maintain grounds maintenance equipment and tools safely and effectively.
- Collaborate with property management teams and other staff members to address maintenance needs and ensure client satisfaction.
