    Job Description:


    Are you ready to take on a new challenge? We are currently seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Leader to join our team and lead a multi-disciplined maintenance team of up to 30 Technicians across a vast manufacturing facility.

    If you have a background in chemical manufacturing or a similar process industry and a proven track record of leadership and technical expertise, we want to hear from you

    Lead and manage a multi-disciplined maintenance team to ensure maximum availability of plant and equipment across site
    Monitor and analyse equipment performance, identify opportunities for improvement and work with Asset Engineers to implement corrective actions as necessary
    Lead, motivate and develop the Technicians to meet operational KPI's and drive world class standards
    Provide technical expertise and support to the team as required
    Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies
    Manage budgets and resources effectively
    Develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders
    Mentor and develop Technicians, ensure all relevant training is delivered in line with the multi-skilling programRequirements:

    Apprentice trained Engineer with a minimum of 5 years' experience in a maintenance leadership role (ideally HNC qualified)
    Experience of managing a team in a chemical manufacturing or similar process environment
    Good knowledge electrical and mechanical systems
    Excellent leadership and team management skills
    Sound knowledge of maintenance best practices and techniques
    Experience utilising a CMMS system - SAP advantageous
    Strong communication and influencing skills
    Pro-active mindset and excellent planning skills
    Ability to work effectively under pressure
