Description
Job Description Due to accelerated growth we are looking for an additional experienced Electro-Mechanical Assembler to join our team, initially on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract .
As an Electro-Mechanical Assembler you will be responsible for electrical and mechanical assembly and integration of complex systems working from drawings and engineering instruction.
You'll demonstrate competent and safe use of all hand tools, jigs, fixtures and measuring tools , including final acceptance testing on the production line.
This exciting opportunity is based from our state of the art 64 acre facility in rural Bedfordshire and benefits from a 4 day working week (Monday – Thursday) .
A comprehensive range of Electrical and Mechanical assembly and fitting skills with previous experience in similar roles.Cable / Harness installation and routing / connecting .
Experience of product functional acceptance testing desirable.
Either recognised apprenticeship in mechanical assembly or equivalent or through work experience gained on the job.
Competent with using IT/Software packages
Cleanliness and housekeeping (5S ) methodology.
