This is an exciting part-time opportunity to contract manage and have commissioning oversight of the delivery of unique Bespoke Residential Care Provision within a specialist provision.


The role will be to independently manage and undertake all tasks and processes relating to resettlement and transition from a Tier 4 hospital settings to bespoke Ofsted registered accommodation and care provision.

This will include contract management of a care provider contract and other associated service contracts; as well as working with a range of stakeholders to ensure a successful discharge and transition within project plan timelines.

You will be expected to produce and present a range of reports relating to contract performance, advising and recommending developments and improvements to enhance the outcomes of the service and relevant programme; and report to appropriate governance boards

Most importantly, you will ensure that the programme is delivered within agreed cost and timescales and outcomes are achieved.

This is a part-time role over 18.5 hours per week.
