OFFICE ASSISTANT - PART-TIME ASAP START
£14-£16 p/h
London
2 weeks, 1-2 days a week


A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a brilliant and experienced Office Assistant, to join a global Consultancy company in their modern London office.

They are looking for a bright, proactive team player who will be quick to find their feet in this part-time temporary role, with a possibility of extending in the new year.


You will be an important part of the team, and will support the Managing Director, Head of Office and Partnerships team locally on business development and cross-functional collaboration efforts and globally.


What you'll do

  • Serves as main point person for all office and building facility matters for internal and external engagements onsite during business hours (occasionally out of hours)
  • Performing frontofhouse duties including greeting guests, directing messages, and creating a welcoming environment for all visitors
  • Troubleshooting basic ITrelated issues with Mac laptops, video conference systems
  • Ensure conference rooms are meetingready on a daily basis
  • Procuring all supplies for the office including catering, snacks, supplies and computers
  • Assists with various administrative tasks such as scheduling, vendor management, conference room booking and scheduling
  • Assists with new employee onboarding
  • Managing and signing for incoming packages and deliveries and delivering mail throughout the office
  • Supporting London staff on general administration and updating of budget forecasts

Who you are

  • Highly organized, outgoing individual who is driven to contribute to a positive office culture in a fastpaced organization
  • Sufficiency in MS Office suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • You will have solid IT skills and the ability to pick up new systems quickly
  • Confident problem solver with experience dealing with issues promptly
  • Strong administration and decisionmaking skills with the ability to multitask
  • Flexible on working hours and understanding of the business demands
  • Proactive and able to anticipate needs, particularly for repeated tasks
