    HRIS Project Manager

    Hybrid role (predominately home-based with a few days per month in York office & potential occasional European travel)

    2 year Fixed Term Contract - FTC

    This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Project Manager with HRIS (ideally DayForce) experience to join this leading name as they embark on implementing a new global HRIS application for their offices.

    This position involves overseeing a project team consisting of both internal and external members, including third-party contributors. The primary responsibility is to ensure that all project activities align with the Programme Plan and business requirements, while meeting quality, cost, and time objectives. Additionally, cultural sensitivity is essential in managing the team.

    The Project Manager will be accountable for ensuring the successful delivery of the program. This involves effective coordination of program deliverables and oversight of any risks and issues that may arise. Key responsibilities include planning and designing the program, actively monitoring progress, resolving issues, and implementing necessary corrective actions.

    You will come with HRIS project experience working on similar delivery of large scale HRIS programmes (ideally DayForce/Ceridian) as well adept at Change Management, Risk & Issue Management and working collaboratively with 3rd parties and stakeholders whilst being a good communicator able to challenge.
