- Community group practice based at a Children's Centre having your own antenatal clinic and post-natal clinic. Opportunity to give continuity of carer including home visits and supporting homebirths

- A combined hospital and community role having regular shifts in the alongside birth centres or labour ward keeping your antenatal/postnatal clinics.
- To work in partnership with women and their families, GP, obstetrician and other agencies to ensure optimum care.
- Assess, plan, implement and evaluate the care of mothers and babies in accordance with the Trust's policies and guidelines.
- Strive for continuity of care and informed client choice within the limitations of the service.
- Facilitate the learning of midwifery skills through supervision, teaching and support.

Full time is hours and we support part time /flexible working. On calls is up to two per month and car owner would be ideal.
