- Producing Insurance documentation including BAA slips + Endorsements
- Knowledge of DCOM, ATLAS Crystal etc.
- Preparing and typing of letters / emails and other correspondence
- Maintaining online filing and archiving systems
- Entering Data onto the Global system
- Knowledge of Word, Excel
- Arranging extension to terms of trade
- Calculating Profit Commissions & E2I's
- Dealing with queries from Brokers, Underwriters, Claims Department, Accounts and clients and escalating issues as appropriate to ensure timely and efficient problem resolution
- Providing regular feedback to Technical Team Leader regarding ongoing work
- Group rules and procedures, including maintaining accurate records

Description
I am currently looking for an experienced Technician in the US property sector but other classes will be considered.
Ideally the Insurance Technician will have 4 + years' experience which includes North American Property Binding Authorities within a Lloyds Broker
Experience of the Global system would be a distinct advantage however full training will be given to the successful candidate.
Ideally looking for someone with a can do attitude and who is a good team player.
