Sayjo Recruitment Ltd are acting on behalf of a client to recruit a permanent Customer Service Advisor.
Our client has a busy customer service department, Due to continued growth we are seeking a Customer Service Assistant to join on a full time, permanent basis.
The role will involve:
- Answering the phone in a friendly, professional manner
- Offering advice to help answer questions and transferring the call to the right person
- General admin duties as required
Skills and Experience required:
- Friendly, helpful and resourceful
- Good at multitasking, organised and conscientious
- Reliable, good attendance and timekeeping.
- A background in delivering excellent customer service
- Excellent communication skills
- Comfortable speaking on the phone to potential clients
- A problemsolving attitude
- Excellent attention to detail
- Keen to learn and develop
- An ability to work to deadlines
