Sayjo Recruitment Ltd are acting on behalf of a client to recruit a permanent Customer Service Advisor.


Our client has a busy customer service department, Due to continued growth we are seeking a Customer Service Assistant to join on a full time, permanent basis.

Based in Rochdale, this role is based in friendly office, working Monday - Friday.


The role will involve:

  • Answering the phone in a friendly, professional manner
  • Offering advice to help answer questions and transferring the call to the right person
  • General admin duties as required

Skills and Experience required:

  • Friendly, helpful and resourceful
  • Good at multitasking, organised and conscientious
  • Reliable, good attendance and timekeeping.
  • A background in delivering excellent customer service
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Comfortable speaking on the phone to potential clients
  • A problemsolving attitude
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Keen to learn and develop
  • An ability to work to deadlines
Working hours are 8am - 5pm / 9am-6pm Mon to Fri based in Rochdale
