    This organisation is running at around 4500 care hours per week and is looking for a driven and ambitious individual to drive it towards 7000 hours.

    You will have -Exceptional understanding of CQC regulations and compliance

    Have previously been registered with CQC

    Be passionate, innovative, and ambitious as a leader

    Show strong business acumen to deliver growth

    To deliver exceptional care and promote core values


    Responsibilities -To ensure the delivery of person-centered care/support services that promote independence, choice, and dignity to empower people to live as independently as possible.

    To ensure the service is appropriately resourced with the right number of suitably qualified, skilled, and experienced staff. Identifying recruitment needs and communicating them to the Recruitment Team.

    Ensure that all new referrals are responded to on time in line with contractual and organisational timescales.


    To ensure good communication and links with all stakeholders about the provision of services including commissioners, service users, relatives, social work teams etc.

    To work in partnership with colleagues in other departments and ensure SLAs for submitting data or responding to queries are achieved


    To ensure any complaints or concerns are thoroughly investigated, recorded, and responded to in line with the Complaints & Compliments Policy.
