An exciting opportunity has arisen for a full-time Band 4 Directorate Secretary within Child Health.

The post holder is required to provide comprehensive secretarial support to our Senior Management Team.


This will involve liaising with other departments, organising electronic diaries, maintaining records, taking minutes at Directorate Level and with complainants, operating a bring forward system and preparing papers for relevant meetings.

Maintain the establishment spreadsheet.


The post holder will coordinate responses to the Directorate's complaints, working closely and liaising with the Trust's complaints department, collating responses, arranging meetings with complainants and Trust staff members.


The post holder would be expected to liaise with external clients to organise conferences/training and ensure that the effective administration and organisation of the Directorate is maintained.
