    Salary: Circa£3040k depending on experience.

    Responsibilities:

    Collaborative ConceptDevelopment:

    • Work closely withcrossfunctional teams to conceptualize and develop creativecampaigns that align with client objectives and brandstrategies.
    • Generate innovative ideas forexperiential marketing initiatives content creation and otherpromotional activities within the sports industry.

    CampaignExecution:

    • Lead the creativeexecution of campaigns ensuring the highest standard of design andmessaging across all channels.
    • Oversee thedevelopment of visual assets ensuring alignment with brandguidelines and campaign objectives.

    Art Direction:

    • Provide art direction to bring creative concepts to lifeoverseeing the design process from ideation to finalproduction.
    • Collaborate with designers andother creative team members to ensure a cohesive visual identityacross various touchpoints.

    Copywriting:

    • Craft compelling and impactful copy for a variety ofmediums including digital print social media and experientialmaterials.
    • Develop and maintain a distinctbrand voice that resonates with target audiences while staying trueto client messaging.

    Client Interaction:

    • Presentcreative concepts to clients with confidence articulating thevision and strategy behind each campaign.
    • Incorporate client feedback into creative iterationsensuring client satisfaction and alignment with projectgoals.

    TrendMonitoring:

    • Stay abreast of industrytrends emerging technologies and creative innovations within sportsmarketing to continually elevate the agency's creativeofferings.

    Qualifications:

    • Provenexperience as a Team or solo Art Director and/or Copywriter in acreative agency or related field.
    • Portfolioshowcasing a diverse range of creative projects with a focus onsports/entertainment marketing and experientialcampaigns.
    • Strong understanding of designprinciples typography and visual communication.
    • Excellent verbal and written communicationskills.
    • Ability to thrive in a fastpacedcollaborative environment.
    • Proficiency inindustrystandard design and copywriting tools.
