A Director level position is required to lead the Bi r mingham Lease Advisory team , supporting the Head of the R egions , in the delivery of the business and development plans t o achieve the Group 's exciting goals .

You would be joining a market leading team of 30 Surveyors based across JLL's UK office network having the opportunity to be part of influencing the team's future growth strategy in the Midlands .

T h e individual will also move to play an integral role i n the senior team of the Birmingham office focus ed on strengthening the firm's local client bas e and targeting new opportunities working in conjunction with agency, investment and the other professional teams .

The primary aspect of the role will involve providing advice to JLL's investor and occupiers clients in connection to rent reviews, lease renewals, lease re-gearing and surrender assignment s within the Midlands market .

The individual will also be able to provide general lease and rental advice to clients and colleagues across the firm.

Actively manage the client base to deliver the financial goals for the Midlands team .
U ndertake lease advisory assignments commensurate with the role .

Target business development opportunities working with colleague s with in the Group and other departments of the Birmingham office and wider firm.

Look at strategic hires to bolster the Birmingham Lease Advisory business and develop the skills and potential of team member s.

Provide accurate management information to the Head of the Region and S enior Leadership Team o f the Lease Advisory Group.

Manage fee negotiations, billings, all team projects and debt recovery.

Commercial acumen provid ing clients with the best solutions hav ing the ability to identify opportunities beyond the immediate client brief .

Strong negotiation and quantitative skills, including analysis and interpretation of large data sets .
E xperience of rent review , lease re-gear and lease renewal negotiations.
Experience of Expert Witness reporting writing is desirable but not essential.
Agile, trustworthy, courageous, innovative
Full driving license and access to a car .
