    WV Active is our leisure brand and has three centres in the city. Bert Williams, in Bilston and our dual site Aldersley Leisure Village in Tettenhall and Central Baths, a city centre location. We support our members in achieving their health and fitness goals.

    This is an exciting development opportunity, we are looking for highly motivated people, who want a career in the fitness industry and want to help customers achieve their goals and by doing so we will support you in achieving yours.

    We are looking to recruit part and full time Lifeguards and want to hear from you if you are qualified and experienced.

    You will need to:

    • Be passionate about a career in the fitness industry
    • Be customer focussed
    • Be a holder of a National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ)
    • Be a strong swimmer
    • Be proactive towards your personal development and be willing to undertake further training in other fitness roles
    • Pass the National Pool Lifeguard Qualification Pre-Requisite competency test

      There are multiple contracts available. Which will be discussed at interview. Please do not apply if you are looking for casual work only, mainly weekend work we need.
