Description
The ability to communicate well and negotiate with internal/external agencies and other colleagues is fundamental to the role.

Additionally they must ensure tasks are carried out in compliance with respective Statutory regulations, local policies and codes of practice including Health and Safety, COSHH following agreed safe working practices and reporting incidents using the Trust's incident reporting system.

The post holder will be expected to hold certain Authorised Persons duties such as Ventilation, lifts and Pressure systems in accordance with the requirements for the site.

They will be expected to ensure accurate record keeping is kept for plant and equipment working with the Trusts engineering management system to provide an assurance that maintenance is up to date and evidence of such is readily available.

Key is the ability to work well within a team having the ability and flexibility to cover for each other and work together,
