    The Role

    As a Project Manager at FIDO Tech, you will be crucial in tracking and measuring our projects to ensure successful delivery to our clients.

    FIDO Tech's global projects in leakage reduction involve numerous stakeholders, each with distinct goals. Your responsibility will be to bridge understanding among all parties, ensuring project objectives are clear and progress is closely monitored and reported.

    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of large-scale, client-facing technology projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex projects, driving innovation, and delivering exceptional results. This role requires an individual who can effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and exceed client expectations.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of large-scale technology projects.
    • Work closely with clients to understand their needs, ensuring project deliverables align with their business goals.
    • Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, timelines, and budgets.
    • Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.
    • Foster a collaborative work environment, encouraging innovation and leveraging team strengths to achieve project goals.
    • Maintain open and clear communication with clients and stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and progress.
    • Represent our clients' perspectives by collecting their feedback and suggestions, enhancing the FIDO offerings and partnership deliveries.
    • Proactively address client concerns, working in concert with FIDO's teams to ensure swift resolutions.
