Nursery Nurse

Are you an experienced Nursery Nurse with a thorough understanding of the Early Years Framework? Do you have a passion for nurturing young minds from the baby room to preschool? We are a mainstream primary school in Loughborough dedicated to providing exceptional early years education.

Our aim is to provide experienced EYFS Teaching Assistants/Nursery Nurses to support a nurturing and stimulating environment where every child can thrive and develop a love for learning.

Implement activities in line with the Early Years Framework to support children's learning and development from the baby room to preschool.

Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment for all children.
Observe and assess children's progress, providing regular feedback to teachers and parents.
Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities in collaboration with the Early Years team.
Support children's social and emotional development, fostering positive relationships and behavior.
Ensure compliance with all safeguarding and health and safety policies.

Proven experience as a Nursery Nurse, with comprehensive knowledge of the Early Years Framework.

Experience working across different age groups, from the baby room to preschool.
Relevant qualifications in Early Years Education or Childcare.
A caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach to working with young children.
