Service Manager - CHC / Hospitals Adult Social Care

Reporting into the Head of Service you will be joining a busy, forward thinking Local Authority as part of the Community team.

You will line manage around four direct reports and ensure the service is performing to the required standards.
Your role as Service Manager
Management of the community team
Reporting to the Head of Service (Hospitals)
Hybrid working - Ideally at least 2 days per week on site
About you as a Service Manager
Substantial level of experience managing acute or community Hospital teams
Understanding of all current legislation including the Care Act and Mental Capacity Act
A calm leader with great communication and people management skills
