A leading Governmental Organisation is looking for an ambitious Network Support Engineer in Manchester to provide strong support experience for their network infrastructure and work on engaging technical projects. You will be collaborating closely with other technical teams and it is an amazing opportunity to get involved in engaging projects

Responsibilities

• Perform fault finding and advanced troubleshooting to resolve network issues promptly
• Handle tickets efficiently, ensuring timely resolution of network-related issues
• Monitor network performance and security, proactively identifying and addressing potential issue

Skills/Qualifications

• Proven experience in network support, fault finding, and advanced troubleshooting
• Strong understanding of Cisco Routing and Switching

Any of the following would be adventurous

• CCNA or CCNP Certified
• DNA Experience

Salary/Benefits

• £40,000 - £45,000 Basic Salary Per Annum

Manchester - 3 Days a Week
