**Product Loading Administrator - Sports

This is a hybrid role based in our Manchester office with flexibility for homeworking, so you must live within a commutable distance
Due to some exciting growth we are now looking for a
Product Loading Administrator - Sports to work alongside our Senior Product Manger to verify, load & manage products on the online booking system

This is a varied, hands on role and on a typical day you will;

Working alongside the product, operations & sales teams to ensure product is loaded & managed on the online booking system

Review & sense check all product before upload to BEST
Review content issued by product managers
Inventory management
Ensure best practice is achieved in all processes
Be proactive with potential improvements on BEST
Liaise with system developers to report any faults & bugs in various systems via Jira
Communicate any delays to the relevant team members & departments
Working with the marketing team regarding any content required for campaigns
Assisting the operations team with delivery of product by ensuring any required reports are available
Strong communication & interpersonal skills
Strong numerical, spelling & grammar skills
Attention to detail
Ability to work to deadlines
Able to prioritise workload while working within multiple projects
Strong organisation skills
Ability to analyse data
