- Maintain and share records of key children's development and learning journeys with parents, carers, and relevant adults.
- Uphold the nursery's safeguarding procedures to ensure the safety and wellbeing of all children.
- Contribute to a cohesive staff team and support all members.
- Participate in nursery events outside of regular hours, including training, staff meetings, and parent evenings.
- Collaborate with the management and staff to embody and promote the nursery's philosophy.
