1. Role description
As the Marketing Executive, you will be involved with planning, executing and reporting on the
success of on and offline marketing campaigns as well as supporting the work of the Marketing
Manager with day-to-day and ad-hoc marketing activities.

You will assist the Marketing Manager with responding to internal and external queries and
coordinating the production of a wide range of marketing communications, materials and
publications. This includes; briefing designers and creative agencies on marketing materials, liaising
with local publications for press advertisements, managing the marketing campaigns and e
- newsletters, and updating the Company's website and third-party portals, as well as driving the
performance of the social media channels.

You will liaise regularly with branch employees and other departments to ensure marketing and
advertising materials are approved and meet their requirements.

You will contribute towards the aims and objectives of the annual marketing plan and marketing
strategies for the business, as required by the Marketing Manager.


2. Key responsibilities
Coordinate the content and updates of the company social media channels. Ensure a
timely response to any queries or pass on to the relevant employees for response.

Create letter drop leaflets for distribution in the surrounding areas of recently sold DSH
properties. You will need to liaise with appropriate branch staff for the information and
provide concise instructions to the third-party distribution Company.

Regularly update the news and information on the Company website, intranet and
property related microsites.

Brief designers, printers and other external suppliers on requests for marketing materials.
Manage amendments and approve with the relevant branch staff.

Brief creative agencies on weekly and monthly press advertisements; manage content and
amendments and receive approval from the relevant branch staff.

Carry out analysis of any e-marketing activity, record performance and pass hot leads to
the Sales team to follow up in a timely manner.

Assist the Marketing Manager with monthly and quarterly meetings / conference calls
with suppliers and external providers to discuss performance, quality, costs and any
changes.

Respond in a timely manner to daily general marketing requests from DSH branches,

Create and update databases for marketing targets and other communications.

Order marketing materials, as and when required.

Accurately record invoices for any marketing costs.

Arrange photographers for; DSH events, new starter photos, and other ad-hoc
promotional requests.

Update employee pages on Company website and intranet - add starters, remove leavers,
update job titles etc.

Provide effective support for the Marketing Manager with building the yearly marketing
plan and strategy.

Provide effective support for the Marketing Manager with any ad-hoc reports requested
of them.

You are expected to adhere to the Company Standards of Service.
Carry out any other reasonable duties required by the business.

Desirable
