Corporate Solicitor/ Legal Executive - Lincoln - Legal 100 Law Firm- 1PQE-6PQE- Hybrid WorkingAn exceptional opportunity has arisen for an Solicitor or Legal Executive to join a legal 500 recognised Corporate team based in Lincoln.
What we need you to do:
The successful candidate will have strong technical expertise and experience handling a diverse caseload corporate legal matters including private company share and asset purchases, management buy-outs and buy-ins, shareholder and investment agreements, share schemes and general corporate governance and company secretarial work.
The RoleTo work closely with the directors and junior members of staff on various corporate matters;Lead transactions and negotiate and advise clients on a variety of matters, including share and asset disposals, management buy-outs, shareholders agreements and various commercial contracts;Manage your own client portfolio with the support of the directors and junior members of staff and win new clients through internal and external networking and marketing;Oversee and assist with training and development responsibilities for junior members of staff.
