Description

The Proposals Co-ordinator (AME) is responsible for the provision of tendering and proposal activities, providing close support to the Key Account Manager, with a focus on asset maintenance & engineering (AME) opportunities, as part of the Business Development team within the New Builds & Asset Maintenance Business Unit of MDL.

The Proposals Co-ordinator (AME) will have a critical role from initial enquiry to post-contract completion and will be responsible for the creation of high-calibre proposals, costing models, CTR's and providing support to Key Account Managers.

Key Requirements

HND minimum level education is preferred
Preferred to have an engineering education and background
Excellent IT skills (specifically MS Office, databases and ERPs)
SharePoint and Salesforce experience would be good but not essential
Highly responsive to client requirements
Including on time responses and incorporating changes when requested

Experience

Experience in a similar role preferably in Oil and Gas service sector
Experience in ideally dealing with winch, crane, and other onshore and offshore equipment, with particular focus on hydraulic and engineering and a background of tendering and proposal preparation
Commercially aware
