    Project Manager

    Have you got Project Management and Highways experience? Are you looking for a new opportunity working in Area 12?

    Project Manager Responsibilities:

    • Manage established sites
    • Review H&S paperwork
    • Identify engineering discrepancies
    • Plan and oversee projects
    • Schedule project timelines
    • Perform method statements and risk assessments
    • Manage project administration and site documentation
    • Meet budgetary goals
    • Regularly report to senior management
    • Track project performance
    • Organise site resources (labour, materials, subcontractors)
    • Ensure suitability of plant & machinery
    • Oversee Supervisor and Foreman performance
    • Coach and support new hires
    • Organise employee training
    • Ensure trained personnel for tasks
    • Competent in closing out Health & Safety Files

    Qualifications for Project Manager:

    • HND/HNC qualification in Civil Engineering or equivalent
    • Essential CSCS Gold Card
    • Essential SSSTS or SMSTS certification
    • Preferable NRSWA certification
    • Competency with MS Project

    Project Manager Specification:

    • Professional, self-motivated attitude
    • Proficiency in contract documents and relationships
    • Ability to teach and develop team members
    • Strong Health and Safety leadership
    • Effective time management and organisation
    • Solid understanding of Engineering principles
    • Knowledge of relevant Health & Safety legislation
    • Full clean driving licence
