About The Role:


An exciting opportunity is available for an enthusiastic Administrator to join and support the admin team at Ashford and St.

Peter's MRI unit, Surrey.

The role is based across two sites - Ashford & Chertsey - operating 4 MRI scanners.

We have a large team of Radiographers and Administrators providing an efficient and professional service to patients, the Trust, and our private referrers.


About the Role:

- to provide reception and customer/patient support,
- deal with client queries, and assist the MRI Radiographers
- book patient appointments in line with standard guidelines.
- liaise with the clinical team to discuss the individual requirements of the patients and perform bookings accordingly.

  • This job requires good communication skills for booking, and arranging day lists for the MRI team on a daily basis.
  • The job will be based in both St. Peter's and Ashford Hospitals in Surrey.
  • The working hours will be flexible and over 7 days a week.
- good IT and administration skills and the ability to understand and comply with MRI safety protocols.

  • A flexible, organized and enthusiastic attitude is essential.
