Job Description Are you a problem-solving Senior Infrastructure Engineer looking for a new opportunity?

We are currently recruiting for a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to join our dynamic, growing team in Uxbridge, London.

You will be involved in the day to day supporting of the business' environments and systems and will also include delivering on projects and working closely with the rest of the fast-paced team on supporting a user base of circa 350 people.

Network administration and Windows Server administration
As a Senior Infrastructure Engineer, your key responsibilities will include:
Office 365 and Azure Tenant support and configuration (includes Intune & ATP)

SCCM administration:
includes all MS and third-party application patching
Network and VPN configuration support and administration with a focus on Meraki
Windows 2016/2019 server system administration / Active Directory / Group Policy
Information Security – ensure all infrastructure has information security embedded
Participate in infrastructure projects and ensure timelines are adhered to
VMWare platform support and configuration (HA, VMotion, SAN storage)
MS Exchange 0365 and 2016 Hybrid management and maintenance
Troubleshooting network protocols (TCP/IP, SFTP, SMB, etc)
Branch office support, to include both remote and on-site
Communicate at all levels both internal and external by telephone, electronically, and in person
PC/Laptop hardware configuration and troubleshooting skills
Microsoft Windows 10 system administration
Printer and copier server configuration / maintenance (follow-me-print)
Analyses problems, thinks creatively, and makes effective decisions
Has a thorough understanding of the analysis process and can collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and stakeholders to achieve consensus
