Finance Manager:


  • Permanent, Full Time

Duties:


  • Liaise with clients and ensure delivery obligations are met
  • Monthly Reporting Cycle
  • Monthly Management Accounts and adhoc reporting where required for the Finance team
  • Client Accounts Processing
  • Oversee Purchase Ledger invoice and credit note processing
  • Purchase Ledger payment processing
  • Sales Ledger invoice processing
  • Sales Ledger payment processing
  • Credit Control and Credit Management
  • Payroll
  • Maintaining multicurrency cash books and bank reconciliations
  • VAT & CIS returns
  • Maintenance of Nominal Ledger
  • Managing accruals, prepayments, depreciations, etc.
  • Balance Sheet Reconciliation
  • Taking ownership of daily and weekly cash flow reporting

Requirements:


  • Newly qualified (ACCA or CIMA) Accountant with strong technical skills
  • Flexible, confident, resourceful and able to work under pressure
  • Strong practical and technical accounting skills
  • Team player with great administration and organisational skills
  • Strong computer skills including MS Excel, Word, Outlook, & experience with various accounting packages

Package and Benefits:

Monday-Friday, 09:00 - 17:30

Up to £40k Per Annum (DOE)
Office based with free parking
22 days holiday per annum rising to 27 on length of service
