    The Opportunity

    Key Responsibilities
    Working under the direction of the eDiscovery Managers and Senior Executives and Executive, eDiscovery Analysts will be expected to identify, understand, and service client needs by implementing technical solutions. On a daily basis this will include being responsible for:

  • Maintaining the integrity of client and firm data, including evidence handling, processing, and data tracking.
  • Review database administration: Processing data (in Relativity and/or Nuix) Ingesting data into Relativity Running searches across Relativity workspaces Creating review batches and coding layouts in Relativity Building conceptual and structural analytics indices Building search indices Providing Relativity training to legal teams that aligns with best practices Preparing productions and exports from Relativity
  • Collaborating with team members to ensure solutions are implemented on time and within budget.
  • Instructing and managing external eDiscovery vendors, when appropriate.
  • Executing with extraordinary attention to detail and consistency.
  • Adherence quality control processes.
  • Ensuring tasks are executed in accordance with project guidelines.
  • Reporting on the progress of assigned tasks in a concise and timely way.
  • Participating in post case reviews.
  • Assisting with the reporting, billing, and other team administration tasks.

    Skills and Experience

    Essential

  • A thorough understanding of eDiscovery deliverables including load files, images, natives, text files, etc.
  • Knowledge of the EDRM and the matter lifecycle including the ability to communicate about both to technical and non-technical teams.
  • A solutions-oriented, "can-do" approach to problem solving and service delivery.
  • Ability to prioritize deadlines in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
  • The ability to quickly identify a problem and develop sound, defensible solutions.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Desirable

  • Experience processing data in Nuix or Relativity within a law firm, eDiscovery vendor, or consultancy an advantage but not essential.
  • RPMS, RCP, RCU, or RCA preferred.
  • Language skills advantageous.
