    SEN Teaching Assistant/1:1 Support

    We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join one of our thriving SEN schools in Rochester.

    As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students with a range of special educational needs.

    Providing one-on-one or small group support to students with SEN, adapting teaching methods to meet individual learning styles.
    Supporting students with their personal care needs if required.
    Monitoring and recording students' progress and contributing to progress reviews.
    Participating in training and professional development opportunities.
    Experience working with children or young people with SEN (desirable but not essential)
    Basic knowledge of SEN strategies and interventions.
    A commitment to promoting inclusivity and diversity within the school community.
