    This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to join a dynamic sales team within a fast growing company.

    You'll be building strong relationships both internally and externally to ensure a successful sales team. Working on leads with a value of £10,000 and over and supporting on smaller units if there isn't larger stock available
    Joining the Head of Sales to attend new potential sites and be the principle salesperson on all new buildings

    Hosting viewings as well as holding a pre tour calls to double check qualification and ensure our units are a 7.

    Managing your pipeline by grading your opportunities on our CRM, providing weekly pipeline updates, regularly reviewing your leads and revisiting old opportunities
    Creating solid relationships with your brokers and clients by scheduling regular catch ups and networking events. Owning contract negotiations by discussing the commercials with the client/broker and continuing the post viewing follow ups until contract stage
    Drawing up contracts and sharing with the Head of Sales for approval, then counter signing on all agreements
    You're a team player with learning agility and exceptional planning and organisational skills. 5+ years sales experience within the serviced office industry
    ~ Player / coach skills mentoring less senior members of the team
    ~ Good knowledge of IT and CRMs
