You will get a full induction and you will get to complete your care certificate which is a recognised qualification across the social care industry.

Salary:
Weekdays: (before 7pm) £12.30, (after 7pm) £12.90

Weekends:
(before 7pm) £13.80, (after 7pm) £14.50, 45p a mile as standard.

Shift Patterns:

Full time hours available. On average 40 hours per week A mix of 7am-3pm and 3pm-10pm shifts.
Part time hours available. Minimum of 24 hours per week with a mix of 7am-3pm and 3pm-10pm shifts
Weekend contract. 3 shifts to be completed over the weekend.
Must include some shifts on alternate weekends.

As a Home Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing essential support and companionship to individuals in need of assistance with daily living activities.

You will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients by promoting their independence and enhancing their quality of life.

Supporting people in your community who need a bit of extra help to continue living happily and safely in their own homes.
Includes personal care, support with medication, household tasks, accompanying clients to appointments, looking out for their physical and emotional wellbeing, and supporting them with participating in social activities.

Requirements:

Valid driving licence and access to a car for work.
Right to work in the UK and proof of settled status.
