    Key Responsibilities

    The role will be varied, but you will be expected to;

    • Provide active support to the Private Credit Division reporting into Head of Credit.
    • Assist Credit Committee process by reviewing credit applications and providing recommendations to Investment Committee members.
    • Provide credit support to Private Credit deal teams supporting new origination activities.
    • Support the production of Private Credit internal and external reporting.
    • Assistance in development of Credit Risk Processes / Procedures – including ownership of Credit Rating tools.
    • Ad-Hoc Credit Related projects where required.

    Knowledge & Experience

    It is anticipated that you will have the following;

    • A background in Credit obtained from a Lending or Advisory capacity.
    • Strong knowledge of Commercial Lending with experience across the financial services industry and knowledge of the SME / Mid-Market sectors.
    • Strong financial modeling and Microsoft Excel skills.
    • Strong inter-personal skills with ability to build internal stakeholder relationships.
    • Educated to degree level, ideally supported by a professional qualification in accountancy, banking or risk management
