    We are looking for a Lead Analyst to join one of the world's leading global companies and work in conjunction with the TV Business Development team.

    You will support the Director of Analytics & Insights in analysing data on various platforms to understand performance and drive success for partners and future negotiation position.

    Responsibilities will include:


    • Work in collaboration with the TV business team to enhance their partnerships and overall processes with the use of analytical data-driven insights.


    • Provide insightful presentations to communicate findings and recommendations in a straightforward manner to internal and external clients.


    • Collaborate with various internal teams whilst becoming an expert on data and the understanding of it.


    • Project planning including the creation of an annual roadmap that will contribute to the success of the TV business team.


    • Construct data visualisations and support with strategic analytics projects.

    We are looking for:


    • 5+ years of experience in all areas of analytics, data and insights.


    • Desirably, advanced experience working with app partners analysing app performance or TV platform performance.


    • Highly proven analytical skills - Advanced in analytical skills (BI Tools – PowerBI, Lookr, Demo, Tableau) whilst also strategically led with a solutions-focussed mindset.


    • Experienced in SQL


    • Proven experience of turning analytics into insights– story-telling ability with tangible recommendations that are delivered on a VP level or to non-technical teams.


    • An expert in creating models to forecast trends and find insights.


    • Able to discover opportunities and identify areas of improvement, utilising data analytics and visualisation.


    • Project management experience – building business cases and provide the 'why'.


    • Passionate about technology and able to solve complex problems in a multifaceted organisation that has various layers.

    The role is based in the London area and is a hybrid role allowing you to work 3 days in the office, and 2 days working from home.
