Salary £20-22,000 + Benefits Package
Our client s a superb International Company with offices just outside Leeds city centre.

As a result of strong and strategic growth, they are now expanding across multiple areas, we are specifically recruiting for the internal customer service account handler.

You will have similar experience within a Sales Admin, Administration or Customer focused role.

This is a varied and interesting role in which you will support both customers and the wider sales team within all areas of your work.

What will the role involve:


  • Ensure orders are processed quickly, identifying any discrepancies and managing issues ensuring the customer receives high levels of service and support

With particular focus on:

  • Working with the warehouse team to ensure all orders can be picked and despatched within the agreed timelines.
  • Covering the core administration tasks relating to internal sales/customer service. This will include processing returns, raising credit memos for refunds, loading price files, updating the delivery matrix etc

What we are looking for:


  • Experience in delivering first class customer service
  • Excellent communication and people handling skills (internal and external).
  • Display prompt and effective organisation, planning and decision making.
  • Prior experience within an ecommerce role
  • Ability to produce creative ideas to improve customer service standards.
  • Enthusiastic character with an exceptional work ethic.
  • Ability to operate in a fast paced, everchanging highpressure environment whilst having the capability to maintain the highest level of accuracy, prioritise workloads and meet deadlines.
  • PC literate with high levels of understanding of MS Office, in particular Excel, and comfort using a variety of Business Operating Systems.
  • Maintaining and observing a high degree of professionalism, ensuring confidentiality at all times.
