As a Talent Acquisition Partner in Engineering, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring exceptional engineering professionals.

You will collaborate closely with hiring managers and HR to understand the talent needs, develop innovative recruitment strategies, and ensure a seamless candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

with hiring managers to understand their talent requirements and develop tailored recruitment and attract top engineering talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and end-to-end recruitment process, from screening and interviewing candidates to extending offers and onboarding new maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing them with a positive and engaging experience throughout the hiring the HR team to streamline recruitment processes, enhance candidate evaluation methods, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on recruiting engineering successfully leading & coaching a high performing recruitment developing strategic workforce planning to support future pipelining activity.interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with candidates and hiring managers.organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS, and other recruitment diversity, equity, and inclusion in recruitment practices.

Educated or equivalentLevel AB qualification or equivalent psychometric experience.
