Monday to Friday, 9.00am - 5.00pm

£21,000 - £25,000 (depending on experience)

Do you have a passion for customer service?

Can you prioritise your workload and work under pressure?

An established international company is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their growing team at their head office in Crawley.

Responsibilities will include:

Dealing with all customer enquiries
Processing customer sales orders
Raising and chasing purchase orders
Supporting other areas of the business within the customer service department when there is absence or there is a high workload
Producing and confirming customer invoices

Your problem-solving skills, confident communication skills and your high attention to detail will enable you to thrive in this role.

If you are a fluent German speaker this is a bonus
