Description
A new ongoing temporary cover opportunity has arisen for a Customer Intelligence Officer based around the West Midlands area. You will be working for an organisation that manages public transport travel across the West Midlands region.

Your hours of work will vary each week, you will be working up to 24 hours per week covering morning, noon and late evening shifts.

This is a great opportunity if you are seeking ad-hoc shifts.

All locations will be just out of West Midlands, therefore, duties are accessible by drivers and most locations have off-street parking in close proximity

As the Customer Intelligence Officer, you will be:

  • Completing passenger counts on buses/trains
  • Speaking to the public to obtain market research information
  • Recording the number of passengers embarking and disembarking each bus/train, along with the total number of passengers

As the Customer Intelligence Officer, you will have:

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • We are open to past work experience. This may also suit someone who has retired, a student or anyone who is looking for some adhoc work


As the Customer Intelligence Officer, you will receive an hourly rate of £9.74 per hour plus a range of fantastic benefits.
