Interim M&A Investment Analyst Location:
Central London

I am currently partnered with a dynamic and transformative mid-market private equity firm with a strong track record of success.

Specializing in identifying and nurturing investment opportunities across various sectors.

They are currently seeking multiple immediately available investment bankers/investment associates to join their team, due to current deal flow.

As part of an experienced team of investment professionals, you will play a pivotal role in modelling and assessing investment opportunities, helping to create IC reports, contributing to investment committees, and preparing essential resources for board meetings.

Conduct financial modeling, including LBO, operational, and three-statement models.
Assist in the preparation and presentation of investment proposals to the investment committee and the board.
Perform due diligence on potential investment targets, including financial analysis and industry research.

2-5 years investment banking experience or Private Equity Professionals
