    Regional Sales Manager – Route to Market

    Company: Global Spirits Business with portfolio of exceptional brands.

    Location: Midlands

    Overview

    This role will lead and drive our clients RTM strategy within all of the key On Trade wholesalers. Good knowledge of Matthew Clark, Molson Coors Beverage Company, LWC, and Carlsberg Marston's Brewing Company would be required, knowing how they work at HQ, Regional and depot level.

    The RSM will also have responsibly for 1 x RTM Key Account Manager to help drive distribution, activation, and attend sales meetings etc across the UK, as well as looking after the smaller regional RTMs.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead brand-building efforts, implementing activations and unique assets.
    • Achieve KPIs for Distribution, Visibility, and Activation.
    • Identify new brand opportunities via networking and influencing.
    • Develop and execute RTM business plans aligned with brand objectives.

    Requirements:

    • Degree level education or equivalent.
    • Commercial knowledge with a passion for the on-trade.
